In order to avoid stress, we need to be able to recognize our warning signs - it's this awareness that allows us to take action and do something about it.

    Thanks you, this and your poster are great. During COVID-19 we are working with frontline workers in South AFrica and those working in the rural areas. Are we able to make this info available to them as a resource? We are really concerned about their levels of stress and burnout.
