  • When you paid, you should be automatically returned to a page on our website with links to download your products.
  • As a back-up, you will also have received an email order confirmation that contains links to your products. Can't find this email - see Not Getting Our Emails below.
  • Please Note: Your order confirmation and links are sent to the email address you entered at Checkout so please type your email address carefully. If you can't find the email from us - be sure you are checking the right email account, and also your spam/junk email folder.

If you still can't find your order confirmation email, please provide us with as much information as possible so we can locate your order via our contact form >> (helpful information includes your name, product purchased, email address used to purchase, date of purchase).

  • When you click the links to download your tools (either on our Order Complete page or in the Order Confirmation email), the files will be downloaded to your computer.
  • You may have downloaded the file automatically without realising, so check your "Downloads" folder.
  • Trying to open your files on a phone or Ipad? Iphones and Ipads do not natively support downloading and storing files of any kind - unless you've purchased specific apps to do so. Please note that if you have a .pdf reader on your device, you may be able to open .pdf files within your browser.
  • Check your security settings. Your computer may need a confirmation from you before opening files from an external source. Look for a dialogue box - eg. a pop-up or a band across the top or bottom of your screen - and click yes, "Allow" or "Enable" opening of the file.
  • Do you have the right software to open the files? You will need Microsoft Word to open the .docx files (this is most of our products) and a .pdf reader to open the .pdf files (a few of our products). You can get a .pdf reader free from Adobe Acrobat here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/

The details of how and where the files are downloaded and opened varies by operating system and browser. If you cannot find or open your files we suggest you ask your friendly tech support person. We may be able to help diagnose your issue - but will need more information. Tell us exactly what you're doing when the problem occurs eg. what isn't working like clicking a link in an email or your web browser, perhaps Microsoft Word opened and then froze etc. We would also need to know what happens or doesn't happen next, the exact wording of any error message you get, what device you are using, and depending on when your issue occurs we may also need to know which internet browser you are using and/or what version of Microsoft Word. Screenshots also help.

  • Our Megapack, Toolkits, Social Media Products and Coaching Program are provided in a .zip file for ease of download.
  • Be sure to unzip/extract or copy your files from the .zip folder before using them.
  • All PCs and Macs now have an unzip/extract facility built-in.

Contact us here so we can reset your links. So we can locate your order and reset your links with minimum delay, be sure to include either:

  • The email address you used to make the purchase
    OR
  • The order number or full name under which your purchase was made

We use Stripe as our credit card processer which provides industry leading security and allows us to accept most credit and debit cards. If you are having trouble completing checkout with your credit card:

  1. Read the message on the checkout page carefully - this will help you decide how to resolve the problem.
  2. It may be something as straightforward as inputting an incorrect or misspelled name, address or billing information component. If you wish to complete your purchase and you have checked that the billing details are correct, we recommend contacting your card issuer to determine why the card is being declined for this payment. You could also try a different card if you have one available.
  3. Alternatively you can select the PayPal payment option and pay with a PayPal account OR you can use a credit card via PayPal.
  4. If you are still having problems you can Contact Us - however please note that if your card issuer is declining the payment you will need to contact them - we cannot do this on your behelf.

Please Note: Most of our resources are Microsoft Word .docx files and are designed to be used with Microsoft Word. Opening and editing the tools in other document viewers/software, is likely to result in formatting, display and possibly issues editing the document.

Special Note: The free online version of "Microsoft Word" is limited in functionality and does not support many standard word-processing features including "Headers and Footers" (where you would add your branding). To enjoy all the benefits of your resources, open in the desktop or full version of Microsoft Word. Learn more about the limits of the free version of Microsoft Word online here.

  • If you are outside of North America and the line formatting is untidy you may need to manually change the paper-size to A4. This should happen automatically but if not:
    - Go to "Page Set-up", click the "Paper" tab and under "Paper Size" change to "A4".
    - Check that it says "Apply to: Whole document" and not just selected sections.

If you are not receiving emails from us, your email provider may be moving them somewhere else. This applies to receipts from us as well as your newsletter and the free tool series.

TIP: Most email services have a Search function. Try searching for The Coaching Tools Company to find our email.

For Gmail your emails may be in the Promotions Tab. You can drag the email to your Primary Tab and add us to your Contacts List. Click here for detailed Gmail instructions.

For Outlook.com your emails could be in your Other folder (if you use the focused inbox), or in the Junk Folder. Move the email to your inbox, mark it as Not Spam and add us to your Safe Senders ListClick here for detailed Outlook instructions.

For other email services, look for emails from us in your Promotions/Newsletter Tab or Spam/Junk Email folder. To ensure you get future emails from us, move any emails you find to your inbox, and add us to your Contacts or Safe Senders list.  You could use Google to find instructions on how to do this.
