Author Bio

Emma-Louise is a professional life coach, NLP practitioner, founder of The Coaching Tools Company.com—and most recently, Fierce Kindness. She's passionate about coaching and personal development and loves to write and create coaching tools, resources and exercises to help people grow.

While her first career was in project and relationship management for Fortune 500 companies, once she discovered coaching in 2003 she was hooked. She combined her passion for coaching, creativity and love of systems to create well over 100 brandable coaching tools, forms and exercises, a Coaching Program, guided meditations, eBook and more at The Coaching Tools Company.

But it was her determination to solve her own issues with anxiety and a vicious inner critic that led to the development of Fierce Kindness.

Help make the world a kinder place! Her mission is now to help people make a difference, create a life they love—and learn to love themselves—through Fierce Kindness: a series of practices, tools and way of being in the world.

Over the years she has written or edited 1500+ coaching and personal development related articles and built a newsletter for coaches which has been going out regularly for 15 years. She has also been included in 2 books on coaching and journal writing.
