Fifth ICF Life Vision & Enhancement Community Webinar: 4 Coaching Power Tools to Help the Client to Go Deeper! February 28, 2018 Reading Time: 2 min 30 sec Share29Tweet3Share11Pin548 Shares In 2017 the ICF created a brand new Community of Practice (CP) with a focus area of "Life Vision and Enhancement" - for those who do life coaching in their practices. And (I) Emma-Louise Elsey was invited to co-lead this group along with Lynda Monk. In this post I'm excited to share the details of our fifth live session as co-leader of the ICF Life Vision & Enhancement Community of Practice (CP). "When I invite my client to explore these in our conversation, my client naturally goes deeper into what I call the 'transformational zone'. This is a deeper territory for self-discovery where a client may raise their awareness, change their perspective, or shift their relationship to their issue." Fran Fisher Join us and Fran Fisher MCC, for a practical webinar on core tools for 4 coaching power tools for coaches. Topic: The 4 Coaching Power Tools: Helping the Client to Go Deeper! Join Fran Fisher, MCC and the Life Vision and Enhancement Community Practice as we introduce The 4 Coaching Power Tools: Values, Strengths, Beliefs and Qualities of Being. In this webinar attendees will learn how to utilize the four power tools and apply them in any coaching conversation. Attendees will also learn how to demonstrate the ICF Core Competencies through the application of the power tools. At the end of the webinar attendees will be able to recognize opportunities for the client to raise their self-awareness and build self-empowering capacities. This session will be 90 minutes (rather than the usual 60 minutes) long to allow for a juicy presentation and lots of questions. A recording will also be made available. NOTE: There is currently no requirement to be an ICF member to participate in either the community or Facebook Group. The plan is that the Facebook Group will remain open to all coaches, irrespective of whether they are an ICF member or not. However, please note that in the future, some community content may be limited to ICF members only.
