Imagine the sun is shining. You're relaxed, happy, can't help but smile and are at peace with yourself and the world. This IS your "Best Summer Ever". What are you doing? What's going on in your life?
This coaching tool is a simple exercise that involves visioning - how would they like their summer to be. Then, along with some tips and suggestions, this fun coaching exercise asks your clients to simply make a list, "What 10 things would make this summer your best summer ever?"
And to wrap-up, it asks, "What 3 actions could you do today, in the next week and next month, to move you closer to that vision?"
