Author Bio

I'm a Martha Beck-trained Life Coach, a Positive Discipline parenting coach, a former CPA and a serial entrepreneur. I began my coaching journey helping coaches, creatives and families receive more abundance in their business. I'm trained in Martha Beck's signature tools and magic, and helped clients see the long-term, align with their vision and strategize for extraordinary success.

However, a new direction evolved. Quietly working with parents over the last decade, I founded The Center for Online Safety to help parents set up a safety system on the internet and protect kids from cyberbullying, online predators, sexting, harmful content and other dangers.

I am now a national public speaker on digital wellness, cyber safety and peaceful parenting and have been featured in major media outlets.

I work with parents and schools to keep the 'bad stuff' away from kids and help them develop a healthy relationship with technology.

Thousands of parents have used the concepts in my cyber safety courses to enjoy a more peaceful family life. My podcast, Unplug and Plug In, is described as "the go-to-guide for parents on using tech intentionally".
