This easy and incredibly adaptable coaching worksheet simply asks, "From what you have learned, what behaviours will you STOP, MINIMISE, KEEP DOING, do MORE of and which will you START?"

USE: Ideal as a wrap-up for workshops and seminars, you can also use this worksheet to end a coaching call or hand it out as homework to help clients focus on what behaviours will/won't serve them as they move towards a goal or align their lives with their values.

It can be checked off to make sure you have everything you need before heading out. This is the actual checklist I used - and of course you can edit and add to it however you wish.

Note: I also kept it handy on my way to the event so I always had contact phone numbers and the address with me!
