Describe your coaching business in one sentence: I am an intuitive SuperConscious coach who helps people to find and acknowledge the positive side of their negative story and to switch from negativity to become a supercreator of their dreams and live their beautiful life.

Meet Erika:

QUESTION 1: What one book should every coach read - and why?

Only one? This is a tough questions for me because I am always reading - and not only coaching books. Please allow me to list the three books that were real revelations in my life.

  1. "Journey of Souls" by Dr Michael Newton is about the life between lives. Even if you don't believe in life after death, if you are open enough to read it you might be pleasantly surprised. I read it as I would an Agatha Christie novel; it was so exciting for me, I just couldn't put it down. It makes so much sense to me and has opened me to having different views on anything.
  2. "Conversations with God" by Neale Donald Walsh. Again a book that made a lot of sense and gave me a sort of logic to everything in life. It gives a natural perspective without any judgments. I saw this book for so many years in bookstores and I didn't touch it! I am not religious so having a conversation with God was out of the question for me. Then one day I went into the shop and finally opened the book. It was love at first sight, and since then I have it beside my bed.
  3. And last but not least "The Shack" by William Paul Young. It really explained to me what forgiveness is, and how to accept anything. These are essential qualities that I require from my instructors: not judging but accepting people and their stories, and to forgive everything.

(Oh my, and I still have two more books in my head - The Secret and What the Bleep Do We Know?)

QUESTION 2: Which website do you visit the most?

My websites because there is always something I need to update. The other one is pixabay.com - an excellent source of good pictures.

QUESTION 3: Whom do you admire most?

My parents and especially my mom. Sadly, they are not with me anymore in the physical world. We had a great and safe childhood, and I still don't know how my mom organised everything with four children without even shouting once. She was very patient with all of us and was a born psychologist. I believe I got my patience and understanding from her, and something else that I'll share later…

QUESTION 4: What's your vision for your life? Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Living in a warm country with my darling husband where we speak and understand the language and where the sea is close. Sea and water are essential for me, and I love warm weather.

Our son has a great job, and he has also created his dream to work in the environment he wanted.

We travel a lot as I speak around the world about SuperConscious Self-Coaching (SCC) - the method that can change lives for the better. My SCC Instructors are teaching lots of classes full of students, and we have more than 2000 SCC members, mentors from all over the world. Our SCC app and my books are a great success, and as our business is so prosperous that we can help those in need.

We host my family and friends in our new house beside the sea, we visit our friends who live in different parts of the world and we have an excellent life that I wish for everyone. I love our life because it is a real blessing.

QUESTION 5: What is your "big project" at the moment?

To spread the word about SuperConscious Self-Coaching to new countries and to open new territories with new instructors.

I haven't just created the method for myself; it's for the whole world. We have launched the first intuitive coaching app - there isn't anything similar in the App Store - and it's in 11 languages, Chinese included (available to only our students). So, this is really a "big project" for all of us!

QUESTION 6: What has been your favourite coaching moment so far?

Oh my, almost all of them are my favourites! I love my clients because they are such fantastic people.

OK. There is a very dear moment when one client came to me and said she felt blocked and she wanted to change her job and… then she has talked for about fifteen minutes without stopping, telling me everything she wanted - much of which I couldn't follow.

When she stopped talking, I said to her that the only thing I understood from the fifteen minutes is that she was not satisfied with her job, that she wants to change something, but it's not clear what.

So, in one hour, using the SuperConscious Self-Coaching system we explored why she was blocking herself eg. she wasn't good enough, she worried what others would say etc. She had a lot of fears, so we transformed these into love-based feelings and motivations. And finally we clarified her goal.

She went away with a higher self-esteem and a clear picture of what she wanted - which she created over the following couple of months. I was thrilled to see her happy face going home with her clear goal without the chaos she had in her mind. I am amazed by the efficacy of SSC. We can change so much in such a short time!

QUESTION 7: What are your Top 3 favourite coaching tools and/or resources?

As a resource, The Coaching Tools Company is the best to me, offering a wide range of tools everyone can use. I use the Wheel of Life in many different ways, I also use cards, and last but not least I use SuperConscious Self-Coaching. This is a comprehensive system that helps me a lot with my clients.

QUESTION 8: What do you love most about being a coach?

That I love what I do! I don't feel it as a job or work, it's so much more a vocation. I love that I can give a different perspective on any difficult situation. I love seeing my clients' transformation in one hour, and I feel very grateful that I can be part of this change. I love being flexible and free with my time. I am delighted that I don't have to work from 9-5 in an office. I am so lucky!

QUESTION 9: Tell us a secret about you...

Well, not many people know that I have synesthesia and that I can see like photos or "movie trailers" of my clients' pasts related to their issues.

Synesthesia is a so-called brain "disorder" although I instead call it an ability with which I have been living since I remember. I see everything in colours, including letters, numbers, days, seasons and music just to mention a few.

The second secret happened just after my mom's sudden death. Since her passing, I have been able to communicate with her and my dad in my head. (Before her death I didn't have any connection to my dad who had passed a year and a half before my mom.) I must admit that it was shocking to hear my parents' voice the first time during the night. I thought my husband would get up because it seemed too loud to me. But of course, he was sleeping undisturbed and didn't hear anything.

I know it sounds weird - it was for me too. I even asked my husband if I was insane! I never forget his answer: well, you don't look like it! My mom died ten years ago, and this ability has also became normal to me, just like the synesthesia. The ability to see my client's past can help them to understand their life better. I believe there is something after we die in the physical realm, and this gives me a different perspective on this life and in anything I do.

QUESTION 10: If you could change one thing in our world, what would it be? And how would you go about it?

That's why I have created SuperConscious Self-Coaching because I want to change the world to a better place. I'd like to leave a world which is more understanding, where nobody has to suffer due to famine and poverty, and where everyone can live with dignity.

In Hungary we have more than 4 million people (from the 9.8 million population) who don't have enough to eat. And I could continue the list easily with Africa, many parts of Asia and even the USA, one of the richest countries in the world. I don't mind differences between people. However, I do think our planet gives more than enough for everybody.

I'd like to teach people that they can create what they want. And SuperConscious Self-Coaching is an excellent method for it. To give a tool, a sort of magic wand in your hand so you can achieve your goals. My dream is to teach people to how to create their dreams.
