The world is changing fast, with AI and digital advances changing how we work and how we interact with the world. As humans we can bring something to coaching and mentoring relationships that are limitations for AI: intuition, emotions, common sense, ethics and cultural sensitivity. However, there are many things that digital tools can support us with: questions, idea generation, knowledge, process, forming habits and writing.
