This July, we’re celebrating a remarkable milestone: 20 years of coaching, transformation, and global impact.

Back in 2005, coach and entrepreneur Emma-Louise Elsey founded Simplicity Life Coaching with a vision to help people gain clarity, confidence, and a deeper connection to their purpose. Four years later, she launched The Coaching Tools Company, driven by a mission to make coaching tools professional, practical, and powerfully effective.

Fast-forward to today, and her resources have touched thousands of lives across more than 100 countries—supporting coaches from every corner of the globe.

Emma-Louise passed the torch in 2024, and we are deeply honoured to carry her legacy forward.

So much has evolved since 2005—in the world, in business, and in coaching itself.
But one truth remains:
