Barry has been coaching professionally since 1996. He is both certified by Erickson College International and internationally accredited by the ICF (International Coach Federation) as an MCC Master Coach. His specialty is working with change and conflict often in extreme or hostile situations in small and large groups.

Barry focuses on creating coaching cultures in education, business and leadership environments. He helps to build engagement, personalized learning and growth, motivation, personal responsibility and satisfaction.
