1) What areas of your life need a "Spring Clean"?

Start your life "Spring Clean" with our fabulous Wheel of Life tool! See where you're happy and doing well, and what life areas need a boost.

TIPS for you as COACH:

  • This tool is a great way to begin a coaching program, webinar or workshop. Use it to identify the key life areas your client will need to focus on when "Spring Cleaning" their life!
  • Another idea is to give out the Wheel as pre-session or workshop homework. This is great as it gets people thinking and in a coaching frame of mind right away. Then start your program by reviewing what people learned from completing the wheel.

2) Take Stock & Take Action!

  • Tip: If clients are stuck, they could take action on something from the Energy Zappers Exercise—and free up some fresh energy.

4) Stop Procrastinating—Get it Done!

Do you have any tasks hanging over you that you'd love to clear out of the way? We have an exercise to help you get motivated and take the edge off unpleasant tasks. Stop procrastinating, get it done—and feel fantastic!

TIPS for you as COACH:

  • Part of doing a life "Spring Clean" includes finding more energy to move forwards with. So, identify what zaps your clients' energy and help them come up with  plan to minimise, reduce and eliminate those energy drains!
  • This may include relationships—which flows neatly into the Detox Your Toxic Relationships Exercise.
  • Lastly, consider using the "Stop Procrastinating—Get it Done!" exercise (next) to take action on any bigger energy-zapping items your clients may be procrastinating over.

5) Detox Your Toxic Relationships!

Identify who is good for you—and who is not! We'll come up with actions to boost the relationships that support and energize you—and reduce time spent on toxic relationships that drain you!

  • This exercise doesn't just identify toxic relationships, it also highlights our supportive and positive relationships.
  • For a life "Spring Clean", help your clients review and come up with action steps to both:
    1. Reduce time spent (or find new, less draining ways to spend time) with people who drain them.

In this final step, we'll identify your "Life Spring Clean" Goals! This fun form pulls together everything you've worked on and helps you set 3 goals and actions to move forwards with!

  • In this final step your clients pull everything together they've learned with you.
  • The 3 goals people identify to move forwards with should be exciting—so be sure to encourage people to think big, or to be brave and tackle something they've been avoiding. This way they wrap-up their time with you on a high note!
  • Of course, this is also an opportunity to offer your services to help them achieve those goals or give their life/lifestyle an even deeper "Spring Clean".
